{"id":8552,"date":"2024-05-13T11:40:24","date_gmt":"2024-05-13T04:40:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biologi.unpad.ac.id\/?p=8552"},"modified":"2024-05-13T11:40:26","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T04:40:26","slug":"yayasan-kehati-recruitment-climate-change-manager-knowledge-management-and-data-analysis-specialist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biologi.unpad.ac.id\/en\/yayasan-kehati-recruitment-climate-change-manager-knowledge-management-and-data-analysis-specialist\/","title":{"rendered":"YAYASAN KEHATI RECRUITMENT: Climate Change Manager &amp; Knowledge Management and Data Analysis Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image aligncenter uagb-block-57cc6d0e wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-center\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/biologi.unpad.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Kehati-2.png ,https:\/\/biologi.unpad.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Kehati-2.png 780w, https:\/\/biologi.unpad.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Kehati-2.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/biologi.unpad.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Kehati-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-8553\" width=\"539\" height=\"541\" title=\"Kehati-2\" role=\"img\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lokasi kerja : Jakarta (WFO)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Climate Change Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report directly to Program Director and will be responsible for the overall management of KEHATI\u2019S climate change programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for planning, implementing\/grant-making process, and monitoring the climate change programs, including carbon trade mechanism, REDD+, and carbon footprint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop master plan of KEHATI\u2019s climate change programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop annual workplan, monitoring the results, and ensure timely reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure grant-making management runs smoothly, including in preparing project proposals, monitoring, reporting, and improving the capacity of local grantees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare regular progress reports (quarterly, semi-annually, and annually), presentations, and other required documents related to KEHATI\u2019S climate change programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster partnerships with governments, donors, NGOs, private sectors, universities, local communities, and other relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Become a resource person regarding climate change issues, both in internal and external KEHATI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active participation in climate change forums (workshop, seminar, webinar, Focus Group Discussion, etc) both at national and sub-national level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active participation in internal regular meetings and discussions related to project implementation, monitoring, and follow-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise the work of team members or consultants, as may be recruited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration with Program Development Manager and other managers, develop concept notes and project proposal to donors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration with the Environmental Policy Specialist and other managers, develop policy briefs and articles related to climate change issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other tasks related to the climate change assigned by the Program Director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in climate change, environmental science\/management, forestry, natural resource management, economics, and or other relevant disciplines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 10 years of technical and management experience in the climate change field, including carbon trade mechanism, REDD+, and carbon footprint.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand international and national policies on climate change.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand climate change related concepts, theories, and practices;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate ability in engaging various stakeholders, include governments, donors, NGOs, private sectors, universities, local communities, and other relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Interested applicants must submit a cover letter and latest resume (CV), and email to: hrd@kehati.or.id max.
