It highlights several detoxification mechanisms, including biosorption, intracellular bioaccumulation, biomineralization, and the secretion of organic acids and siderophores, which collectively reduce Pb mobility and bioavailability. The study also discusses key environmental factors affecting remediation efficiency, such as soil pH, metal concentration, and microbial interactions, while emphasizing future research directions, including molecular studies on Pb tolerance, strain optimization, synergistic microbial-plant systems, genetic engineering, and nanobiotechnology to improve scalability and
