Topik praktikum yang dibahas yaitu mengenai morfologi bunga. Praktikum dilaksanakan pada hari Senin, 30 Maret 2026 di Laboratorium Ajar 1 dan 2, Departemen Biologi, Universitas Padjadjaran. Praktikum dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui struktur dasar dan bagian-bagian bunga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebelum melakukan praktikum, mahasiswa diberikan soal <em>pretest<\/em> untuk menguji pemahaman mahasiswa. Kemudian, dosen pengampu yaitu Prof. Dr. Budi Irawan, M.Si. memberikan pematerian singkat dan praktik langsung mengenai perbedaan morfologi bunga dengan bantuan mikroskop stereo. Masing-masing kelompok diberikan silet dan beberapa spesies bunga seperti bunga kembang sepatu (<em>Hibiscus rosa-sinensis<\/em>), bunga dadap merah (<em>Erithryna crista-galli<\/em>), bunga kastuba (<em>Euphorbia pulcherrima<\/em>), bunga tasbih (<em>Canna hybrida<\/em>), dan bunga mentega\u00a0 (<em>Allamanda catarthica<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Praktikum diawali dengan identifikasi spesies bunga, mulai dari nama spesies hingga bagian-bagiannya. Setelah itu, mahasiswa mencatat dan menggambar masing-masing bunga di <em>sketchbook<\/em>. Untuk mengidentifikasi bagian dalam bunga, dilakukan dengan bantuan mikroskop stereo. Sebelum diamati di mikroskop stereo, bunga disayat secara memanjang sehingga bagian dalam bunga terlihat.
