Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada mahasiswa dalam memahami dinamika ekosistem perairan melalui pengambilan dan analisis sampel lingkungan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebelum terjun ke lapangan, mahasiswa telah mendapatkan pembekalan materi berupa pengenalan alat dan metode pengambilan sampel, serta survei lokasi untuk memahami kondisi awal ekosistem. Sampel air digunakan untuk pengujian parameter kualitas air seperti Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), dan produktivitas primer. Hasil analisis tersebut nantinya akan disusun dalam bentuk laporan praktikum yang menjadi bagian penting dari penilaian akademik sekaligus pembelajaran berbasis riset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah penting dalam membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan praktis dalam ekologi perairan, serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga ekosistem air tawar.
